Telecom Competency Assessment

When we combine our rich knowledge and experience in Telecom training, implementation and recruitment with our practice of Business Analysis, we are able to draw up and follow standard procedures to assess telecom compentency of current employees or would be employees of your organisation, with a view to determining where their skills will be most appropriate or what additional training is needed to raise the compitency to at least satisfactory level. Currently, we do not only run this assessment on regular basis for a number of telecom companies but we also analyse data so gathered to recommend and implement training of their staff on anually or bi-annually basis to bridge the skill gap between where they are and where they should be in terms of technical competency.
